Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cast

Thuy Trang was obviously close to her Power Rangers castmates. But let's focus on two friends that meant a lot to her post-Power Rangers era: Angela Rockwood and Noel Siegel.

Photo slides were found on eBay of Thuy Trang with a mysterious man at Beauty and the Beast at Shubert Theatre in Centurty City, California, circa 1994. That man's identity was finally solved -- thanks smartgeekhero! His name is Noel Siegel, and the two had dated after Thuy left Power Rangers. I reached out to Noel and he graciously shared his memories:

"We remained friends until her death. She was an incredibly sweet and caring girl. It’s hard to believe she has been gone for so long. I remember talking to her about (Angela's) wedding and going to help look for locations."

"She lived just north of Sunset, right by The Comedy Store. There was a Jewish deli next door and she would always want matzah ball soup after an audition. She always hated that she was only being cast for Asian only roles. She was a HUGE fan of a young Leonardo DiCaprio."

"She had a dog (Nia), that a friend gave her, that she loved. I remember one time she dropped it off at the groomer, and she got a traditional lion cut for it, then cried when it was shaved almost completely except for its head. She was inconsolable."

"She drove a sidekick...I think each Ranger was given one by Saban. She had a few non-industry friends from college before she dropped out to act. But during the time we dated, she was very determined to move her career forward."

"I was at the pilot shoot for Traci Z. It was shot near Old Town Pasadena by what I think was the convention center...at least in part. I think she actually hurt the stunt coordinator after kicking him in the ribs."
